Staybridge Suites Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills and a professional appearance. Position is full time including morning (7am-3pm) and evening (3pm-11pm) shifts.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-checking guests in/out; assigning rooms
-assisting guests with special requests
-completing all front desk tasks
-handling cash and credit card transactions
-answering phone calls
-making and confirming reservations
-assisting breakfast and housekeeping when needed
-offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
