The Team Member Kitchen Attendant finishes the tasks assigned by the supervisor and keeps the Team Member Restaurant clean, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures. 

What will I be doing? 

As the Team Member Kitchen Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

  • Clean vegetables and prepare fruits, raw and semi-finished products. 
  • Daily prepare all dishes and ingredients for all items featured on the menu. 
  • Daily assist in the cooking for each meal. 
  • Keep all food items correctly stored. 
  • Work closely with the Senior Cook. 
  • Follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the hotel and Food & Hygiene department. 
  • knowledgeable of the hotel's fire and safety procedures and the operation of kitchen and firefighting equipment. 
  • Have complete knowledge of washing products and their correct usage.  
  • Responsible for the washing and storage of tableware according to Hilton Group and hotel food safety standards.  
  • Keep work areas and the entire Team Member Restaurant clean and tidy. 
  • Help prepare orders according to the established standards. 
  • Bring food requisitions and act as a runner, when required. 
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    A Team Member Kitchen Attendant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

  • Junior Middle School degree.  
  • Basic kitchen support experience. 
  • Good communication, organization and coordination skills. 
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. 
  • Able to maintain excellent relations with team members.                                                                                
  • Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.
