The Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst Reports to the Manager of HRIS.
Under supervision from the Supervisor, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responds to emergency and non-emergency calls in and around the Casino and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.
Under the direction of the Director, Construction & Development, the Senior Project Manager, Construction and Development is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and direction for construction management activities on projects to ensure they are on time, budget, schedule, cost, and project performance to ensure the requirements for the contract. Projects may include large scale tribal, casino, hotel, entertainment, retail, restaurant, parking or other mixed-use venues. Will include major and minor remodels, property and office renovations and new construction projects within and related to the casino facilities and hotel properties. Responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of construction projects.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Education Program Services, the Extended Day Program Specialist (Specialist) acts as the primary content instructor for students who need an extended day program that is tethered to a non-traditional school model. The Specialist serves as a case manager who monitors information through varying management systems, school websites and student portals. The Specialist needs a working content knowledge on varying subjects for primarily 6th-12th graders. Additionally, they act as intervention specialists who will be creating/co-creating content to assist students in closing academic gaps. As part of the Education Department, the Specialist strives to ensure the quality of overall educational services, programs, and initiatives provided to Tribal Citizens.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Logistics, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods needed for both Tribal and casino operations.
With a focus on helping Tribal families and citizens, the Tribal Wellness Clinician provides a range of activities and programs within the department that are intended to have a positive effect on the health and well-being of the community. Reporting to the Director of Tribal Family Services, the Clinician provides support and services that have been identified to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of the Tribal Community while maintaining the strictest confidentiality in compliance with applicable law. The Clinician supports and provides services to the Tribal Citizens, which may include; receiving and making calls to Tribal Citizens, providing resources, responding to crisis’ and triaging their needs. This may also include providing wellness checks and/or providing case management, home visits, and meetings with citizens. They work to assist in connecting and coordinating the community with private and public agencies to provide services through a referral network that is reputable, vetted and subject/service appropriate. They also engage in providing prevention/early intervention (PEI) services to the community.
Under the direction of the Manager, Surveillance Technical, the Surveillance Infrastructure Technician is responsible for managing and overseeing the Surveillance Department's systems, equipment, components, and infrastructure across all properties owned and operated by the Tribe, including Yaamava Resort & Casino, retail spaces, entertainment venues, amenities, food and beverage areas, numerous remote site locations, and the Reservation. This includes CCTV systems, conduit bending and installation, cable installation, termination, and testing, as well as certification of fiber optic, category, multi-conductor, and coaxial cables. Installs cameras, and cross-connecting components such as servers, network switches, storage devices, and PC workstations while ensuring all Surveillance Department system components and infrastructure comply with industry, regulatory, state, and federal standards. Implements and maintains point-to-point wireless networks, host and participate in monthly training sessions, understand network architecture and basic A/V architecture, possess a basic understanding of network protocols, and have a strong ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration. Also, supports bag X-ray scanners, supports SMTGC hearings, and deploys or maintains mobile camera units. Additionally, assists in technical design, planning, and deployment of systems, reading and interpreting system diagrams and schematics, and utilizing tools and testing instruments to ensure proper functionality. Furthermore, attending conferences, training sessions, and certification courses is essential to staying updated with industry advancements.
Under the direction of the Vice-President, Associate General Counsel – Gaming, the Staff Attorney – Gaming provides legal advice and support to the enterprise and its instrumentalities and enterprises on emerging issues related to the Tribe’s gaming-related legal and legislative positions. Provides recommendations for and assists with a broad array of gaming-related matters under supervision from the Vice President Associate General Counsel – Gaming and implements best practices to address emerging legal and business issues related to gaming generally and the Tribe’s gaming enterprises and gaming related projects.
Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the Tribal Utility Worker - School follows health & safety regulations, food safety guidelines and Departmental procedures in the cleaning and sanitization of china, glasses, silverware and smallware. Cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas to be clean and organized. Is also responsible for cleaning restaurant dining areas and utensils. Operates in representation of the Stewarding team’s best in class culture, while championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community’s vision, mission and values.
Under the direction of the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, the Vice President (VP), Legal Compliance, works in tandem with senior leaders to provide strategic direction and solution-oriented leadership in the development and execution of a coordinated ethics and risk-based legal compliance program. The VP is a principled and dynamic thought leader who propels the enterprise forward as a front-runner in the application and oversight of legal compliance standards.
1. Reviews and processes purchase orders and requisitions for goods and services. Processes all procurement transactions in compliance with established laws, ordinances, policies and ethical principles.2. Collaborates with internal departments to understand each department’s procurement needs and provide support. 3. Sources and evaluates suppliers, negotiates pricing, and monitor supplier performance4. Assist end users with the development of specifications to ensure product and service needs are well-defined and regularly used items are accurately and correctly maintained in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system catalogs. 5. Identifies and realizes cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities without compromising supply assurance or quality.6. Arranges and conducts job walks, pre-bid or proposal conferences, vendor demonstrations and/or interviews for products or services. Prepare bid summarizations and make recommendations to upper management.7. Resolves any issues or discrepancies related to procurement processes.8. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Under the direction of the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Manager is responsible for the daily operations, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services, including Food and Beverage categories, for the enterprise. Ensures that departmental performance and metrics are established to support all business initiatives. Enables effective stakeholder collaboration with other business units and vendors to achieve best in class procurement functions by supporting sourcing initiatives, leveraging procurement best practices and strategies to ensure effective implementation and execution. Champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior People Partner will provide exceptional customer support to all levels of the enterprise workforce in support of the Tribe’s vision, mission, and values. Plays a critical role on the Human Resources (HR) team to drive performance that aligns with the enterprise’s human capital strategy and will serve in an operational lead capacity, providing guidance to the People Partners on employee life cycle matters, employee retention and engagement, organizational design and workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and core management issues. This role will work in harmony and collaboration with internal HR stakeholders and stakeholders throughout the enterprise to drive a best-in-class team member experience.Promotes a culture of accountability, lead others in adopting a coaching and development mindset while consistently role modeling behaviors that will reinforce the Enterprise’s brand as the premier employer of choice. Reporting to the Manager, Audit Gaming Commission, the Senior Auditor, Gaming Commission leads the planning and execution of complex financial, operational, compliance, and fraud audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies independently or leading a team. Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques, this role executes continuous monitoring reviews and embeds efficient audit techniques into audit processes. The role also involves assessing internal controls through interviews and testing, leading discussions with all levels of management across the organization on audit findings and suggesting business improvements to assist the business with managing risk.
Under the direction of Supervisor, Surveillance Operations, the Surveillance Agent II is responsible for regulatory enforcement and compliance of established policies, procedures, regulatory publications, Federal and State laws. Assists in enterprise asset protection in and around the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and other Tribal buildings. This role observes, reports, records, and documents all unusual and/or suspicious occurrences and deviations.
