Reports to the Manager, HRIS, the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible the design, implementations, and system health of all HR Technology applications. This role acts as the technical subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic guidance on best practices, developing a technological roadmap, and identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. Creates detailed project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a system-centric perspective, and collaborates effectively with peers to set technology priorities and engage in long-term planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serves as technical expert and lead for the Workday HCM Platform and related HR technologies, driving strategic direction, design enhancements, and effective functionality while managing configuration, security, and updates. (40%)2. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience through business process enhancements, integrations, and innovative solutions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality through audits and validations. (25%)3. Utilizes project management and change management methodologies to resolve complex technical issues, optimize results, and develop HR metrics, scorecards, reports, and dashboards for the organization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, align system capabilities, and ensures the delivery of valuable, scalable solutions. (20%)4. Provides mentorship and training for HRIS team members, maintain up-to-date documentation, and stay informed of trends in HR technology to deliver cutting-edge support and innovations. (10%)5. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. (5%)
