• Food and Beverage Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Food & Beverage Attendant provides an exceptional guest experience while holding responsibility for ensuring an efficient flow of service within the buffet. This position serves as a team player while greeting guests, coordinates seating needs, maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, as well as supporting the culinary team on the buffet line. The buffet attendant presents themselves professionally with an approachable and accommodating demeanor to both guests and team members at all times and ensures a a consistent Best in Class experience in alignment with the goals and priorities of the Tribe.

• VIP Services Concierge (Guest Services)

  Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.

• Marketing Supervisor of Mobile App Loyalty (Sales & Marketing)

  The Senior Manager Housekeeping (Assistant Director), works with/under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel Housekeeping Department. 

• Casino Manager on Duty (General Manager)

  Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, the Casino Manager on Duty (MOD) is ultimately responsible for the guest experience on the casino floor. The MOD has a span of control over all casino floor operations including the ability to hold management-level team members accountable for their respective departmental impact on the guest experience. 

• House Person, Hotel Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor Housekeeping, the House Person is responsible for maintaining 5-Star, 5-Diamond rating experience for the overall cleanliness of all public areas in guest view on the guest floors and heart of house areas. Responsible for delivering guest request items in a professional and timely manner according to our Forbes standards. The House Person also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• Power Generator Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Reporting to the Director, Facilities, the primary focus of the Power Generator Technician is to provide first class technical solutions to ensure emergency, paralleling electrical/self-generating equipment is in top operating condition in order to sustain and support profitable Yaamava’ Resort & Casino operations. This role is responsible for repairs and troubleshooting primarily of diesel, electrical or natural gas generators and assist as needed to troubleshoot issues with system from generation to electrical transfer cable/conduits, controls, and distribution panels. The Power Generator Technician is also responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing plant electrical, instrumentation, and (distributed) control systems. When not actively engaged in disaster recovery or assigned Central Plant operational activities, this role is accountable for identifying current vendor outsourced repairs and preventative maintenance that are ideal to bring inhouse for cost savings and lead time purposes.

• Beverage Control Clerk (Food & Beverage)

  Under the direction of the Beverage Assistant Manager, the Beverage Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining an accurate and efficient inventory of all beverage related products that supply the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department venues and bars. The Beverage Control Clerk plays a key role in ordering, maintaining, stocking, tracking and adjusting all F&B related inventory at various Yaamava’ Resort & Casino venues while performing maintenance on all bar equipment and systems.

• Slot Technician (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under the direction of the Slot Technical Supervisor, the Slot Technician is responsible for providing quality service to guests in the slot area, responding to technical service calls, and helping to keep the gaming floor clean and organized. The Slot Technician is responsible for troubleshooting machines and performing general maintenance tasks and repairs, including electronic and mechanical component repair, in addition to responding to floor calls while on shift. The Slot Technician may also be assigned to a specialized team such as Preventative Maintenance and Projects, as needed. The candidate selected for this role is also responsible for training new and current team members as designated. The Slot Technician also champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission, and values.

• Floor Supervisor, Slot Operations (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under the direction of the Slot Relief Floor Manager, the Slot Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating resources on the floor to ensure the highest quality service is provided to guests. The Slot Floor Supervisor promotes internal and external guest satisfaction during an assigned shift, by ensuring excellent service in their area of responsibility, coordinating department resources and partnering with other departments. The Slot Floor Supervisor provides timely and effective resolution to guest complaints and routinely observes and evaluates staff service standards.

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for providing pleasant, efficient alcohol beverage service to guests, Cocktail Servers and Food Servers.

• Sr. Lighting Technician, Theater Entertainment (Recreation/Entertainment)

  Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Senior Lighting Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, striking, maintaining, and repairing lighting production equipment to enhance the live entertainment experience and special events performed throughout the Event Center.

• Senior Traffic Control Specialist (Security)

  Under the direction of Transportation Management, the Senior Traffic Control Specialist is responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, transporting passengers via commercial and VIP vehicles, and valet attendant duties. The Senior Traffic Control Specialist is also responsible for assisting leadership with the day-to-day shift operations of the Transportation department to ensure a seamless best-in-class service.

• Spa Nail Technician (Spa)

  Reporting to the Salon Supervisor, the Nail Technician exhibits best in class nail and beauty services including, but not limited to knowledge of nail care services, and art techniques. The Nail Technician is responsible for operational excellence, superior product/service knowledge as well as ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity. The Nail Technician is also responsible for delivering the ultimate beauty experience to every guest, at all times, by providing nail-care services that exceed guest expectations.
