• Guest Services Associate - SPRING / SUMMER 2025 (Guest Services)

If you are the type of person who could comfort exhausted travelers and make their day brighter, you may have what it takes to be a successful guest service agent. Making a positive first impression is essential because you are the face of the resort. A Guest Services Agent plays a critical role in ensuring that guests enjoy their stay. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential from the first to the last point of contact with our guests. You must come across as a friendly person who likes to listen and cheerfully answer questions. A Guest Service Agent strives for a courteous, personal touch.

• Bellperson - SPRING / SUMMER 2025 (Guest Services)

  Our Bell team members are the first and last impression made to our guests of our resort.  You are a mobile customer service machine in this position as you are responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, room deliveries, parking, driving our resort shuttle and other tasks that may come up across the resort to help our guests.  The Bell Team also is responsible for running our stand-up paddle rentals at the resort.  Bell team members need to be an expert on the area and generate excitement to our guests on what makes Osoyoos the destination of choice!

  Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, our Housepersons are a critical member of the housekeeping team.  They are responsible for assisting the housekeeping team remain supplied and stocked with everything they need to take care of our rooms and our guests.  This role requires a strong level of Guest Service as they interact frequently with guests when delivering items and amenities.

  The primary role of the F&B Server is to provide exceptional service to all customers of the various food and beverage outlets at Watermark Beach Resort, including the banquet floor.  A Server is responsible for all aspects of guest service in our restaurants and banquet floor such as explaining dishes, delivering food, setting and bussing tables.  This role will require the ability to work flexible hours in a small team. 

• F&B Bartender - SPRING / SUMMER 2025 (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The primary role of the F&B Bartender is to provide exceptional service to all customers at 15 Park Bistro, and at the various food and beverage outlets at Watermark Beach Resort, including the banquet floor.  A Bartender is responsible for all aspects of guest service in our restaurant and banquet floor such as explaining cocktail ingredients, giving wine recommendations, and gaining the knowledge to promote menu items inclusive of our chef’s farm to table approach.  This role will require the ability to work flexible hours in a small team. 

• F&B Junior Server - SPRING / SUMMER 2025 (Food & Beverage)

  The server assistant is responsible for assisting servers in delivering the dining experience in the restaurant.  This is a great position for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of the Food and Beverage industry but doesn’t quite have the experience yet. The server assistant’s watchful presence ensures that guest needs are taken care of when the server is away. The restaurant and pool bar are clean, sanitized and organized because the server assistant has a passionate hate for dirt and mess.  Bussing tables, expediting food and assisting the host with table setups keeps the server assistants very busy in this physical job.  In addition to the restaurant and running food to the pool, the server assistants are also called upon to assist with serving during banquet functions when they arise.

• Steward (Culinary) - SPRING / SUMMER 2025 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A steward, or dishwasher, is responsible for supporting the culinary operation by cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and cups. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, hand-washing dishes, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry, and cleaning the kitchen.
