Bellperson - SPRING / SUMMER 2025

The Job:

Our Bell team members are the first and last impression made to our guests of our resort.  You are a mobile customer service machine in this position as you are responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, room deliveries, parking, driving our resort shuttle and other tasks that may come up across the resort to help our guests.  The Bell Team also is responsible for running our stand-up paddle rentals at the resort.  Bell team members need to be an expert on the area and generate excitement to our guests on what makes Osoyoos the destination of choice!

Responsibilities:

•Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service

•Responsible for the arrival experience of our guests, luggage assistance, deliveries and all miscellaneous service requirements for our guests. 

•Maintain the visual appeal of the front of the hotel ensuring it appears welcoming at all times.   

•Maintain the stand-up paddle rental program for resort guests.

•Demonstrate professional and positive image to guests and colleagues at all times, including maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and hygiene at all times.

•Following all safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications:

•A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

•Multi tasker who doesn’t crack under pressure

•A great eye for detail

•Great physical shape as you will be on your feet all day and there is moderate lifting involved as well as pushing a bell cart

•Able to be on your feet all day

•A polished style of service

•Able to work in the heat of an Okanagan summer
