About our company

Uniwest Hospitality is a division within Uniwest Companies, which also includes Uniwest Construction and Uniwest Commercial Realty.

We own and operate AWARD WINNING focused service Hilton branded hotels in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  

And we are growing!

We have 5 awarding winning hotels Northern Virginia and the Eastern panhandle of West Virginia (Charles Town, WV).  We also have another Home2Suites under development in Leesburg, Virginia scheduled to open in the Spring of 2023.  We remain focused on strategic, regional growth in the Greater Washington DC area.

Why are we so successful?  We hire and develop greatpeople who develop great teams.  Our hotels continue to ranked in the top 1-5% nationwide among Hilton branded properties.  Our Homewood Suites Falls Church earned 30 "consecutive" Outstanding Ratings from Hilton QA, and Hampton Inn & Suites just earned its 14th consecutive.  Our newer hotels have begun their own consecutive "Outstanding!" streaks as well! 

Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites in Woodbridge - both finished 2016 in the top 1-3% of their respective brands in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
