Minnow Bar houses unique clear spirits where gin takes center stage through herb-infused craft cocktails in a modern and intimate space. Featuring a full service modern-style bar and breezy open outdoor terrace, guests at Minnow Bar are able to select from a curated list of unique gins, piscos, cachaças, and white rums. A pinkies-down wine program will feature unpretentious tried and tasted favorites such as bouncy reds and zippy whites alongside a sour-centric beer selection.
