Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team at our luxury resort. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, excels in creating memorable guest experiences, and thrives in a leadership role that fosters excellence in team performance. This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests receive warm, seamless, and anticipatory service from arrival to departure.

• Supervise daily operations of the front desk team to ensure flawless check-in and check-out experiences.

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service, consistently exceeding expectations in a luxury environment.

• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.

• Train, coach, and mentor front desk agents to uphold service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage guest feedback, resolve service recovery issues, and implement improvements to elevate guest experiences.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive guest journey.

• Manage room inventory, handle overbookings, and support revenue optimization strategies.

• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative functions related to front desk operations.

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and encourage the same for all team members.

• 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or guest services supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Stay InTouch, Aloha etc.).

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
