The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg is looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of The Spa Lead oversees daily service operations including service staff supervision and work performance within their area of licensure.
They are also responsible for ordering supplies, creating SOPs, protocols, setting goals, and enforcing the company's policies, guidelines, and FORBES standards. The Lead role may also provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity to motivate staff and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.
