As a Line Cook, you will
Fundamentals
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful, with a minimum of one year of food service or related experience required in a casual restaurant kitchen to help produce plates in our high volume casual tiki bar restaurant. The ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean culinary equipment is expected. This position requires weekend availability, full mobility and the ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 40 pounds.
