The Hospitality Internship - Food & Beverage is an up to twelve-month internship that immerses qualified candidates within the food & beverage field and gives them the opportunity to enhance their education, establish meaningful contacts, improve the quality of their work product through comprehensive feedback, and aspire to a rewarding career in the food service industry. Through specialized work plan rotations, each intern will gain invaluable food & beverage experience.
Work course exposure includes but not limited to the following areas: general food & beverage outlet operations, guest service and problem resolution, teamwork, communication, and leadership. During the program, interns will receive training and mentorship from industry leaders as they experience all aspects of the food & beverage. Hospitality food & beverage interns will be expected to not only learn various operations, but to develop and begin to lead others within those various areas.
