SUMMARY:
Deliver friendly and courteous service to all guests engaged in gaming. Have a solid understanding of the basic technical aspects of the games and machines, and be able to provide clear explanations and assistance to guests. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining accuracy in every stage of the interaction, while adhering to gaming regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to the Guests on all their needs while playing the slot machines.
- Ensure relationship building with every Guest on every interaction through the following steps: Always greets the Guests in a friendly way and ensures eye contact and a smile; Take care of the Guest’s needs; Close with a friendly parting comment.
- Understand the technical aspects of the equipment, to complete all service functions and processes properly and efficiently.
- Responsible for keeping the slot equipment in good operating condition to minimize downtime.
- Know and comply with all department and company internal controls and procedures. Accountable for all assigned company assets and ensure necessary authorizations.
- Keep open lines of communications with fellow Associates and Supervisors, and ensure that necessary information is communicated to appropriate staff members.
- Promote an environment of teamwork with all casino Associates and treat everyone with mutual respect and courtesy.
- Must adhere to policies or performance of duties to ensure ongoing Title 31/BSA compliance.
- Responsible for following all relevant DGR’s

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Previous work experience in customer/Guest service industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written required.
- Computer-literate with specific proficiency in Microsoft applications required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Talk and hear.
- See and adjust focus to include close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision.
- Stand, walk (average of 6 miles per day), run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.
- Lift and/or move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).
- A moderate-to-loud noise level (public areas).
- Second-hand cigarette/cigar smoke.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
- Must follow and enforce all relevant DGR’s.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
