Your Focus

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company’s CSR goals and values.
• Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and updates related to CSR initiatives, events, and achievements.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPI’s to track the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, CSR, and sustainability.
• Work closely with Marketing agencies, the sales and marketing teams and hotel leadership.

Your Background and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Creative thinker with ability to generate engaging content ideas and campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may includeworking on holidays, and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25, bending and reaching, use of hands and fingers to operate computers. Ability to see and hear.
