Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Slot Service Technicians to join our team at GEM at multiple locations in Illinois. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

What will you do?
- Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations
- Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair
- Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
- Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues
- Work as an ambassador for GEM
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or training required
- Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency
- Intermediate computer skills
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois Requirements
- General knowledge of gaming regulations
Physical requirements
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
