As a VIP Box Manager, you will be assigning and leading the box team members of waiters, bartenders, and supervisors in delivering first-class experiences to guests with your knowledge of bar and restaurant organisation, menu information, and service delivery. What will you do?

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of food and beverage service in a super-box environment, managing waiters, bartenders, and supervisors, while collaborating with culinary teams to plan and execute timely service, ensuring seamless experiences
  • Prepare and organise the box restaurant space prior to events, ensuring everything is complete for service
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members, maintaining open communication for feedback
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high service standards, liaising confidently and appropriately with VIP guests, addressing any concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the operation runs in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards

More about you

  • Experience managing and leading hospitality teams in a premium restaurant or private club member environment
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, preferably within a hospitality and catering environment
  • Additional experience or qualifications in wine is beneficial
