What will you do?
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments or managers, and assist guests by greeting them and answering the door
- Provide support to team members by addressing inquiries about report times, scheduling, and other general questions
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to resolve team member concerns and ensure a positive workplace environment
- Assist department managers with various projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Serve as a central point of communication to facilitate efficient operations across departments
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Basic math skills
