We're looking for a Social Host to make our complimentary breakfast and evening socials shine. You'll be the face of our hospitality, ensuring our guests have a fantastic start and end to their day. From preparing and serving food to keeping our buffet stocked and sparkling, you'll be an essential part of the guest experience.

Your Mission As a Breakfast / Evening Social Host

Your primary goal will be to ensure our guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their stay with us. You'll take care of all aspects of food preparation, service, and clean-up. This includes keeping buffets stocked, engaging with guests, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing for the next day. From time to time, you may also assist other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager/Supervisor on menu planning, ordering, and inventory
• Keep dining and work areas clean and well-stocked
• Greet all guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Follow highest standards of cleanliness and safety during food handling
• Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Stay aware of potential security issues and report them promptly
• Adhere strictly to company policies, especially on serving alcoholic beverages

What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate is flexible, able to work in shifts, can work independently with minimal supervision, and has excellent organizational skills. Previous customer service experience in the hospitality field is ideal, and familiarity with hotel operation systems is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
