ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operates elevator to transport guests between floors of the hotel.

Answer any questions, regarding the hotel outlets hours of operation, hotel amenities and local points of interest. 

Answer any guest complaints and defuse situations that may occur.

Keep the elevator cab clean.  Report any mechanical issues to the Maintenance department.

May perform other duties, such as assisting other employees to load and unload items.

Any other duties or assignments requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Hotel experience a plus, or customer service experience.

Good communication skills.

Must be able to work with guests to resolve complaints in a positive manner.

Professional appearance.
