Your Role:

As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in our operations, from managing the front desk and housekeeping operations to stepping in as Manager on Duty during high occupancy periods. You'll support our General Manager, train and motivate staff, and be proactive in maintaining guest satisfaction. And yes, you'll be expected to lead by example, foster a team spirit, and display exceptional problem resolution skills.

Our ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and not afraid to think outside the box. You'll need experience in hotel management and a focus on guest service. An ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is a must, as is a strong sense of personal and professional accountability. We're seeking someone who's fluent in English (multi-lingual is a plus) and who's not afraid to work flexible schedules based on business needs.
