The Role

• As a Slots Shift Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the slots department within our dynamic casino environment. Your primary responsibilities include managing a team of slot attendants, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maximizing revenue through effective floor management and game maintenance. You will collaborate with other casino departments to uphold regulatory compliance, implement safety protocols, and achieve operational goals. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of slot machine operations are essential for success in this role. The Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests.

  Provide operational support to the Slot Manager as necessary.

• Delegate authority and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.

  Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member information.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Slots department, including creating work schedules, interviewing, hiring, developing and administering discipline, and monitoring staffing levels.
• Mediate and solve problems and develop training programs.
• Enforce all Company and department policies and procedures.
• Observe and analyze the integrity of play and activity of guests and team members.
• Coordinate with Security and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage gaming equipment.
• Improve productivity: improvements, processes, equipment, and systems.
• Possess a thorough working knowledge of all Slots department games and equipment.
• Implement changes related to Title 31 guidelines as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies ethically and empower and require others to do the same.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Qualifications

• High school or GED Required.

• At least 2 – 5 years of slot supervisor or lead experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and standard gaming operations procedures is required.

• Obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.

• Understand and adhere to all pertinent laws and regulations.

• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to perform all assigned job duties accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
