Supervises and oversees the daily operational needs of the Cache Creek Casino Resort Retail Department in the Gift Shop, Mini Mart, Extra’s, and Golf Pro Shop. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ordering supplies, inventory control, and merchandising. Provides an interactive shopping experience for guests while ensuring the delivery of extraordinary guest service.
Directly supervises employees in the Retail Operations department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws to include training employees, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, and addressing complaints and disciplinary problems.

One year customer service or retail experience and/or training; Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have cash handling and POS balancing experience. One year key holder or leadership experience required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, mathematical or schedule form.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
