What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the heart of the action, ensuring every guest's first and last impression is extraordinary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the front desk team, fostering a culture of warmth and excellence.
- Training team members on service expectations, property knowledge, and guest engagement.
- Monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to help your team shine.
- Handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and stepping in with a smile to turn challenges into wins.
- Managing opening and closing duties and ensuring seamless communication between shifts.
- Assisting with special guest requests, room tours, and concierge services, leaving guests wowed at every turn.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A high-energy personality with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The physical ability to stay on your feet, lift up to 10 pounds, and engage with guests throughout your shift.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or similar guest service role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience works too!
