Our Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities department. They are responsible for supporting our Director of Facilities and Service technicians in all administrative functions. Nolan and Francis Ruiz are carrying on the family tradition of owning and operating McDonald’s franchises. The brothers traveled from their hometown of Sacramento, California, and settled in the Gateway to the West in 2015. Nolan is the Owner and Operator of FF&G LC, “Feeding people through Faith, Fortitude, and Generosity”, which includes 33 McDonald’s locations in the greater St. Louis area. Francis is the Owner and Operator of DOM Enterprises which includes 5 locations in St. Louis and Illinois.
