Front Office Manager (gn)

Your job at the front office:

- You are an important part of our management team and are responsible as department head for your team at the front office including apprentices and trainees

- You look forward to smooth communication within the team, with all other departments and with the guests of the Hilton Cologne

- You live hospitality and create a very special service experience

- You take criticism professionally and want to positively influence the Hilton standard with the help of analyses and the implementation of guest feedback

- As a manager, you feel particularly responsible for the next generation at Hilton Cologne and would like to actively support the learning process and induction/professional success of our trainees
