Supervises the daily operations of Cache Creek Casino Resort’s restaurants as assigned. Insure a high quality of dining experience for all guests through continuous training of service staff and open communication with all support departments. Identify areas of opportunity to improve work flow, guest service and communicate those areas to the outlet manager and the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
Supervise a total of 10-14 employees in the assigned restaurant. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the assigned revenue center. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

One year of experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager in high volume, full-service restaurant, or similar customer service environment. Experience as a server is required. Ability to handle high stress situations. High level of patience is required. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must enjoy working with people.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
