Doubletree by Hilton Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is looking to welcome a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team! 

Our hotel, which has 296 guest rooms, is located next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. Our front office team is comprised of the Director of Operations, Director of Front Office, our Front Office Manager, supervisors and team members. 

The ideal candidate will have 2 years working most recently as a Guest Service Agent. Previous customer service experience.  Ability to work the required shifts and experience working with Microsoft Office programs. 

Shift Pattern: Full availability for AM/PM shifts- Weekdays, weekends, holidays 

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour plus incentives

What will I be doing?

  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
