About the Job:

As a Guest Service Supervisor Food & Drinks, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Guest Service Supervisor F&D will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service activities during the assigned shift in all or selected F&D outlet(s) by providing brighthearted hospitality
  • Assist the Food & Drinks Manager in providing a safe and stimulating working environment, allowing all F&D Service Team Members to thrive and grow their skills.
  • Help ensuring that all team members in the F&D Service Team understand their purpose and are fully equipped with the tools, skills, behaviours, and knowledge required to deliver a high quality and brand unique F&D guest experience
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist Food and Drinks management with achieving financial targets

Requirements

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • A formal tertiary qualification is preferred and completion of form 5 certificate, compulsory.
  • Completion of LEAD 2.1 and HTA is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry.
