Responsibilities: Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and carry out the instructions given on the Banquet Event Orders. Work well with co-workers as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Bartender or Banquet Bartender
- Hilton brand experience is beneficial
- Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
- TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, ensuring efficient service even during peak dining hour
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
