Located in the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offering 478 rooms and featuring newly renovated food and beverage outlets, including 42nd and Sky, The High Rise Buffet, and The Long Acre Market, perched 21 stories high with breathtaking views of Times Square.
The Ideal Candidate:
Shift Pattern: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $75,000- $90,000 per year - final offer based on experience.

What will you be doing?
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Food & Beverage departments. You will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operations for all three food and beverage outlets, managing both front and back-of-house teams, including servers, runners, bartenders, market attendants, culinarians, and stewards. You will also work closely with F&B leadership on menu development, labor management, purchasing, and cost control to ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and financial profitability.
