Responsibilities:

As the Part-Time Breakfast Demi Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

• Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
• Assisting in team-leading
• A dietary requirements wizard
• Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment
• Contribute to the control of costs
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
• A Work, Health and Safety ambassador

About You:

• Australian working rights (no sponsorship needed)
• Preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
• Available 7 days a week morning (breakfast) with minimum 16 hours a week
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
• A current, valid, and relevant trade patisserie qualification 
• Knowledge of current food trends 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
