Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to drive our financial growth. Your main responsibilities will be compiling, analyzing, and forecasting revenue, crafting and executing strategies to enhance revenue, and overseeing our billing practices to ensure accuracy and proper revenue recognition. Your role will be critical in shaping the financial future of our hotel and supporting our commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests in Burbank.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Revenue Manager, you will:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify revenue opportunities and enhance our competitive edge.
  • Optimize and expand our distribution partnerships for increased exposure and revenue.
  • Partake in improving service levels and operational standards, embodying the 'Californian spirit'.
  • Oversee the hotel’s revenue management and distribution strategy, managing day-to-day yield operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action plans.
  • Ensure our online booking process and related systems are up-to-date and working at full capacity.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue growth with innovative promotions and sales strategies.

What You'll Need

  • Secondary education or specific employment experience. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with guests and hotel staff.
  • Strong analytical skills to compute mathematical calculations and analyze trends.
  • Experience in revenue management in the hotel industry, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
