**Job Title:** Housekeeping Attendant

**Location:** Homewood Suites by Hilton, Novi, MI

**Job Summary:**

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Homewood Suites Novi, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms and common areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

- Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully stocked.

- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

- Assist with laundry duties as needed.

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

- Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
