This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Recruiter All-Inclusive & CALA (the Caribbean and Latin America), you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Talent Acquisition team reporting to the Senior Director HR & Talent Acquisition CALA, you will be responsible for all phases of the recruitment and selection process of hotel-based management roles to ensure that we attract and select top-quality candidates for Hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Develop strategies and tools that add value to the recruitment process in CALA.
  • Ensure that minimum qualifications and appropriate job-offer parameters are established before posting positions based on local statutes and practices.
  • Manage and utilize our applicant tracking system, Taleo to analyze the information provided by applicants in response to job postings, and collaborate with users in the region.
  • Screen applicants and determine eligibility based on insight from the hiring manager and the required and qualifications outlined in the job description.
  • Facilitate the entire hiring process from conducting initial interviews, presenting viable candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and handling all reporting/administration to hire the selected candidate.
  • Use and administration of LinkedIn Recruiter license, maximizing the investment of the resource, through active sourcing and communication with potential candidates.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • End-to-end recruitment in corporate office positions, in collaboration with the US corporate team, ensuring the correct administrative process and subsequent onboarding.
  • Help recruit sensitive roles in CALA region properties.
  • Represent Hilton as a great place to work and employer of choice. Be an ambassador for Hilton’s benefits, and opportunities.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Active participation in global projects. Develop a talent pool, with the objective of reducing search times and effectiveness in open processes.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Coordinator, HR Manager, or similar roles
  • One (1) year of work experience in hospitality
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong skills in speaking, reading, writing, and presenting.
  • Able to travel up to 10%, including domestic and international travel

It would be useful if you have:

  • Two (2) years of Higher-level education such as "associate degree", technical or vocational college
  • Knowledge of the Caribbean/Latin American market and demographic
