Job Summary:

The Sales System Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and auditing Crescent’s hotels sales systems and processes used within our hotel operations. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes within the hospitality industry. This candidate must have the ability to travel to properties and work remotely to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits of sales systems and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to review sales strategies and effectiveness.

- Develop, implement, and maintain auditing procedures and checklists for sales systems.

- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and areas of concern.

- Provide training and guidance to property sales staff on best practices and compliance requirements.

- Work closely with IT and software vendors to ensure sales systems and integrations are functioning optimally.

- Monitor and assess the implementation of corrective actions resulting from audit findings.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.

-Travel to properties, work with sales leaders and revenue management to complete projects.

-Integrate new properties sales systems by mapping paths into Crescent Profit Sage.

-Work remotely when not on-site to complete audits & projects.

Qualifications:

- Administrator level proficiency in major Sales and related Systems (CI-TY, Delphi, Envision, Opera, Opera Cloud, FSPMS, Lightspeed, Fosse)

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Or 5 years’ experience within the hotel sales department as a leader.

- Strong understanding of sales systems and processes, in hotel or hospitality environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
