Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s is looking for a dedicated and experienced Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting front servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to seating plan
  • Assisting front servers with drink orders
  • Run and expedite food to correct seat numbers
  • Strong communication with the kitchen
  • Bussing empty tables and resetting
  • Run clean glassware from the polishing station to the bar
  • Must have be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System
  • Monitor the drinks pass and barista stations to efficiently deliver cocktails, wines by the glass, and coffee as they are made
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
  •  Work as a team with other server assistants, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure an efficient, smooth service
  • Assist with polishing any service items and keeping related stations stocked throughout service
  • Additionally may be responsible for performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of serving experience preferred
  • Previous fine dining experience preferred
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
  •  Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift.
