• No previousexperience required.

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

• Able to provide up to date Utah food handlers permit.

• Maintainsregular and consistent attendance.

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nightsand/or holidays.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.

• Delivers customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes firstattitude and connecting with guests.

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.

• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such aseffectively communicating with management, coworkers, public etc.

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operatingto standard.

• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
