Purpose

The purpose of the Temporary Database Support position is to develop, test, implement, support and coordinate changes to HMSHost POS databases.

Essential Functions

• Maintains POS database and develops new scripts
• Designs, codes, debugs and tests program modules that meet design specifications and all development standards
• Diagnoses, resolves and documents POS system issues
• Designs database structures for new implementations
• Maintains overall database structures and standards

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment

• Requires 3-5 years job-related experience
• Requires organizational skills, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills
• Knowledge of HMSHost POS preferred
