Compensation: From $18.00 per hour, Temps plein, Open availability to work various shifts

Do you have great Customer Service skills with rather open availability.

Available to work different shifts: mornings 7am to 3pm, evenings 3pm to 11pm or possibly a mid shift 11am to 7pm.

Open to work weekend shifts.

As a Hotel Guest Service Lead, you will: 

  • Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. 
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday. 
  • Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. 
  • Learn everything about hotel operations.
  • Help assist the General Manager

Fundamentals to be successful in this role: You must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently and have some level of computer skills.
