Requirements:

• Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine is helpful 
• Bartending experience and TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Hilton brand experience is beneficial
