Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Front Office Team member, part-time 75% to join our team. You will be part of an international organization with the possibility of an international career. Hilton is one of the world's largest hotel companies with over 7000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is a full service hotel located with a view over the old town. In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.

Requirements

Qualifications – What are we looking for:

Previous experience within Front Office or in a similar service position is beneficial.

It will also be beneficial if you have a degree within hotel management or similar (Eftergymnasial utbildning).

Preferably, you have previous experience and knowledge in Opera or similar system as well as comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs.

It is vital to be able to communicate well in both English as well as Swedish.

Working hours are on a schedule including morning, evening and weekend shifts.

Part-time contract 75%, average 30 hours/ week

You need to have work rights in Sweden already to be considered for this role.
