Bistro Attendant

Courtyard Birmingham Hoover by Marriott is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bistro Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bistro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
