In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the successful operation of our Food and Beverage program, and support the overall operation of the hotel as needed. Our dining and beverage outlet and our events at our hotel provide great exposure of our venue for receptions, meetings, training, and reunions as well as service to our internal guests with our complimentary breakfast and great F&B options for lunch and dinner. Essential functions include supporting the supervision and development of the food and beverage team, successfully executing guest functions and events, ensuring food served is properly prepared, and supporting the general staffing and operation as required.

This role will include evening and weekend shifts to support the success of the F&B operation.

Experience and knowledge in Food and Beverage is required, as well as proven ability to successfully organize and lead others.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Meeting financial and service targets in the department through effective scheduling, revenue generating offerings, and cost control strategies.

Develop and lead operational efforts and strategies of the hotel F&B offerings consisting of the complimentary breakfast and the bistro bar food and drink offerings.

Provide supervisory guidance and assistance for the F&B team.

Support the roles of the department by effectively covering bartender, cook, and breakfast attendant shifts as needed.

Support and lead the overall operation of the hotel as needed in the Manager on Duty role.
