Job Summary*

Non Flagged- Boutique hotel in Pembroke Pines 

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise and lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping supervisory skills required , ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.

*Responsibilities*

- Supervise housekeeping staff, inspecting their rooms assigned to them.

- Develop and and assist in the implementing of the cleaning schedules and processes.

- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to guest needs timely.

- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly and professionally

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in housekeeping supervisory within the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
