以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意度。 能持续因工作需要的站立，行走等。 懂得使用健身设备及游泳，面对大量工作时，能承受工作压力，能处理紧急情况。 擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。 能在强压下胜任工作。 至少两年的工作经验或相关技能的学习。 具有救生员证。
