Sales and Catering Coordinator

Modular furniture such as a large, round focal table that transforms from a dining table to an impromptu workstation, enables guests to optimize their room, easily catering to a variety of needs.

Guest rooms feature Doubles and King configurations with Pacific Ocean views or city views framed by the Santa Monica mountains.

We are excited to showcase our much anticipated renovation to the public and we are looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to join us in our journey.

The Sales & Catering Coordinator will be engaging, attentive and provide anticipative service to help our guests have meaningful experiences.

The Sales & Catering Coordinator has overall responsibility for clerical, administrative, and other duties to support Sales and Catering, and for the efficient and smooth execution of all groups and events.  Requires knowledge of, and adherence to, hotel’s policies and procedures and all Sales and Catering policies, systems and procedures. 

Qualifications:

• Hospitality Education and/or 1-2 years’ experience in Catering Sales and/or Banquet execution
• Strong emphasis on details, communication and organization skills.
• Time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and fellow team members
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the ability to learn/perform on-site programs
• Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required and the applicant must maintain a flexible schedule
