WE ARE EDN is a new all-day dining experience with a real heart and a big conscience. Opening this October at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drink in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honours nature’s bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a WE ARE EDN Pizzaiolo, you’ll jump into the heart of the action, creating our mouthwatering pizzas for our guests to enjoy. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Master the Fun:  Spread the WE ARE EDN vibe by showcasing your creativity and passion for the culinary arts because Good Food = Good Mood.
• Lead the Vibe: At WE ARE EDN, we are trend setters. Be proactive and let your dedication be an inspiration for others.
• Wow the Guests: Create pizzas that are not just good—they’re unforgettable, with a side of smiles.
• Cleanliness is Cool: Food hygiene is a top priority, because good practices also mean good business.
• Cook Up New Ideas: Work with the team to keep things fresh, fun, and satisfying for everyone.
• Be Planet-Friendly: Help us keep our eco-game strong and steady, with a focus on cutting food waste.
• Team Player: Jump in wherever you’re needed and keep the good vibes rolling.
• Safety Dance: Follow all the rules to keep everyone safe and sound.

• Experience: Previous stone pizza oven experience is a must.
• Culinary Star: You are committed to creating yummy food, that makes our guests happy.

• Flexibility: You can roll with whatever comes your way.
• Team Spirit: Whether solo or squad, you get things done with a smile.

Extra Cool Points:

• Hotel Know-How: Previous experience in the hotel scene is a plus.
