Housekeeping Inspector

Description

A Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas so as to assist the Hotel in its delivery of outstanding guest service experiences.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible of inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas to ensure rooms are in perfect condition before guest entry and during the stay. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Inspect a minimum of 10 rooms per hour in accordance with brand standards and cleanliness guidelines 
• Complete inspections reports and share findings with respective departments
• Provide daily shift end reports to the Executive Housekeeper
• Complete work orders, as needed and assist with other housekeeping duties if required
• Place rooms out of order if room is not up to standards.
• Coordinate OOO rooms between housekeeping, engineering and front office to ensure timely return of room in inventory
• Do continuous follow up on pending maintenance issues in the rooms/ public spaces and update the status
