Night Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

• Preforming guests check in and check outs. 

• Always ensure excellent customer service.

• Supervise daily shifts processes ensuring all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures. 

• Training employees to resolve issues or problems in a professional manner. 

• Act as a link between guest and hotel management. 

• Respond to guests needs and requests.

• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed. 

• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the companies funds are secure. 

• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems. 

• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.

• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
